Acquisitions » Procedure

Bids shall be presented in an envelope containing the contents indicated below. The envelope must be signed by the proxy, and must clearly indicate the tender to which it corresponds (e.g. Tender no. 01/2003) in addition to the purpose of the contract.

The date and time limit for presentation of the bids will be indicated on each one.

The place of presentation will be the musikene Headquarters (Accounting Department), Pº de Mirakontxa, 48 (Palacio de Miramar)-20007-Donostia-San Sebastián.

Contents of the envelope:

• Documentation describing the good or service tendered.
• Economic bid according to the model included in the conditions corresponding to each tender.

(These documents must always be signed by the person endorsing the bid (the proxy).

- Deed of Constitution and of proxy recorded on the Business Register. - Certificates proving that the entity is up-to-date with respect to its Tax and Social Security Obligations.	- Certificate issued by the Basque Government Register of Contractors in force at the moment of the tender.

(All of this documentation must either be original or attested by a notary public or contracting authority)
