Es objeto del presente contrato la adjudicación del servicio de alojamiento en régimen de "sólo alojamiento" (S.A.) de los profesores/as residentes fuera de la CAPV.

Las ofertas deberán garantizar una ocupación mínima por día de 25 habitaciones de uso individual en el propio establecimiento, o en su defecto, y con carácter excepcional y con el visto bueno de musikene, en otro establecimiento de igual o superior categoría.

En todo caso, los derechos y obligaciones de cada una de las partes se plasmarán en el  contrato que a tal efecto suscriban la empresa adjudicataria y musikene, y que extenderá su vigencia inicialmente para el curso 2005-2006.

PLIEGO DE BASES TECNICAS DEL CONCURSO PARA LA REALIZACIÓN DE LOS TRABAJOS DE IMPRENTA Y DISEÑO GRÁFICO

2. Plazo y lugar de presentación de ofertas:

 1. Objeto del contrato. Traducciones

Es objeto del presente contrato la traducción al euskara, al castellano y al inglés de todo tipo de textos, técnicos o de creación, relacionados con la actividad de musikene.

Será tarea de la adjudicataria, además de la traducción de los textos, su corrección. También comprenderá, cuando así lo solicite musikene, un glosario de los términos utilizados en la traducción.

2. Plazos de ejecución del contrato.

El contrato tendrá un plazo inicial de ejecución hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2005, que comenzará con la notificación de la adjudicación y que podrá ser prorrogado de común acuerdo entre las partes.

3. Condiciones de trabajo

musikene entregará a la empresa adjudicataria los textos para traducir y establecerá, en su caso, los criterios lingüísticos, terminológicos, estilísticos y de toda índole que se deberán seguir en su elaboración.

Los textos traducidos se entregarán en soporte informático, preferentemente mediante correo electrónico.

Los plazos de entrega se distinguirán entre normal y urgente:

Normal: en trabajos inferiores a 10 páginas, deberán entregarse las traducciones en un plazo máximo de 2 días hábiles. El día de la entrega del trabajo computará como hábil si la misma se realiza antes de las 10 de la mañana.

En trabajos que superen las 10 páginas, el plazo de ejecución se ampliará un día hábil por cada 10 páginas.

Urgente: en trabajos inferiores a 10 páginas, deberán entregarse las traducciones el mismo día si se han hecho llegar antes de la 10 de la mañana. Si los textos originales se hacen llegar más tarde de esa hora, las traducciones se entregarán en 24 horas hábiles. Si el trabajo excede de 10 páginas, el plazo de ejecución se ampliará 1 día hábil por cada 20 páginas.

Las páginas contarán con un máximo de 400 palabras.

musikene podrá solicitar, en todo momento, de la empresa adjudicataria la entrega de la labor de traducción que lleve realizada hasta la fecha, aun cuando no la tenga concluida del todo.

musikene suscribirá un contrato con la empresa adjudicataria en el que, entre otros aspectos, se regularán los supuestos de incumplimiento de estas condiciones.

The purpose of this contract is to adjudicate the preliminary work involved in the selection of candidates to indefinitely occupy the following positions on the Musikene staff:

• 1 Librarian, cataloguing services (Mid-level technician-Linguistic Profile 3 (LP3), with no obligatory final pass date)

• 1 Clerk responsible for out of school activities (Category of Administrative Assistant-LP2)

• 1 Educational Administration Clerk (Category of Administrative Assistant-LP2)

2- Stages and contents of the process:

During a first stage the company awarded the tender shall place an announcement in the newspaper with the largest circulation in each of the Basque Provinces, and also in the most widely circulated Spanish national newspaper, featuring all of the jobs on offer and the basic requirements demanded of candidates, including a mention of the Musikene web page, which will simultaneously display the complete rules for each job announcement.

Once the period for the presentation of candidatures has ended, the company will have to verify fulfilment of the requirements demanded for each job, particularly those related to the minimum qualification and level of knowledge of Basque required. (Linguistic Profile)

The list of accepted candidates will be published in the Musikene web page, opening a brief period of time for complaints, on the subject of which Musikene will have the final say, prior to their processing by the company awarded the tender, and with the express undertaking that the company keep all of the documentation presented with a view to its subsequent examination. Accepted candidates will at the same time be informed of the date and place of the carrying out of the relevant practical tests.

The second stage will consist of carrying out personality tests.

The third stage of the selection process will consist of a practical test intended to assess the candidates’ ability to carry out the tasks involved in the vacancy to be occupied, which will in all cases be carried out by the company awarded the tender according to the guidelines stipulated by Musikene.

In the final stage of the process, the company awarded the tender will deliver to the selection committee constituted for this purpose by Musikene a list of approximately 5 candidates for each vacancy, in order that they be interviewed by this committee and assessed in accordance with the corresponding requirements.

Lastly, based on the total number of points obtained in each part of the process, the Musikene selection committee will appoint the selected candidates for each vacancy.

The selection committee will provide bidding companies with the detailed information necessary for the drawing up of the corresponding economic proposal.

1- Purpose of the contract: SOUNDPROOF STUDIO BOOTHS

The object of this contract is the supply of installations destined to serve as studio booths at the currently existing Musikene headquarters.
a) The installations can be fixed or movable within the building and can even be erected outside. They must be equipped with the necessary acoustic insulation, their own airing system, autonomous lighting and electrical installations.
b) The minimum dimension of the booths will be 10m², and they will permit an extension in size depending on the specific use for which they are destined.
c) We will positively value the ease and rapidity of their installation, and the possibility of their relocation.
d) We suggest that these booths be delivered and installed two-and-a-half months from the date of acceptance of the bid.
e) Bids must be presented in modules which, starting from the stipulated 10m², increase by 2m² at a time (10, 12, 14, 16, 18, etc...)

1- Purpose of the contract: STUDIO ORGAN

This instrument, which will be used every day by students at Musikene, must permit them to perform the entire organ repertoire, no matter what its registration.

The essential elements which will be taken into consideration are: instrument harmonization, the size of the sets according to studio space, direct and precise mechanics permitting quality performance while playing the organ with sufficient resistance for the work at hand and the appropriate sensitivity, dimensions and layout of the keys with respect to one another and to the pedal (according to standard rules), in addition to correct input for conception of the instrument.

The instrument must have two manual 56-note keyboards (C to G), and a 32-note German pedal (C to G), with manual connections and standard pedals.

The instrument must be composed on the basis of two real 8’ sets, one on each key. Sharp mutations or mixtures must be avoided.

I: Principle 8' (octave 4')
II: Bourdon 8', Flute 4'
P: Flute 8' (Sb 16')

The instrument shell will be made out of quality solid wood.
The maximum deadline for delivery of the instrument is seven months.
